With regular wine tours departing from Sydney, the Southern Crush Wine Tour experience is a comprehensive and all-inclusive day tour. There is no need for you to decide on where to go or what to do as we have done all of the planning for you.

Everyone on your tour will enjoy a three course, gourmet lunch at an award winning Southern Highlands restaurant; all you have to do is choose from our latest seasonal menu provided on the day of your tour.

Once your guide presents you with your personalised "tasting tool kit" you can start to familiarise yourself with its contents and begin to plan your tasting strategy.

We visit up to 4 wineries and at each there is a different activity planned that will give you a greater insight into the whole process of winemaking, grape growing, and matching foods with wine. We certainly hope that you will finish the day feeling excited and confident in the knowledge you acquire.

For cheese lovers we will be pairing local wines and award winning cheeses along with a variety of other gourmet food products to really get your tastebuds excited.

Along with the cheeses a wide range of gourmet pantry items are available for purchase throughout the day, so of course we bring along a cool box to safely transport home anything that you just can't live without.
